Dr. Cenell Boch is a health scientist, mindfulness teacher,

and clinician. Her doctoral research work (PhD) involved

investigating the impact of mindfulness on reducing stress

and improving self-compassion.*

The Wellness with Cenell team is committed to helping you learn how to

build healthier relationships with your stress and your body.

One area we focus on is (the mind) by teaching our clients mindful tips, tools, and strategies to reduce stress and anxiety.

These strategies are used in both personal and professional life and can enhance family and work relationships.

This allows the mind to calm and the body to relax which may lead to greater productivity.

Dr. Boch educates her clients on the biology and neuroscience behind these benefits and how to maintain the benefits.
